The EASIMS project will develop innovative training tools for the "IMS Manager" (IMS - Integrated Mana- gement System of Quality, Environment and Safety) for manufacturing companies. The project will also develop a Curriculum for the person in charge of the IMS, trai- ning contents in process management available online in five languages and a software tool to facilitate the design and implementation of the IMS in the company.

The EASIMS project ends - public presentation of the results
EASIMS online course
The EASIMS project faces its final phase. Following 28 months of intense work, EASIMS is coming to an end. During this period, EASIMS partnership has developed a complete training course in Process Management for the design of an Integrated Management System (IMS) in SMEs manufacturing furniture and other furnishings products. This totally free course is online and consists of 6 modules.
What’s happening?
Online course “Creativity and entrepreneurship in the furniture sector”
The course consists of interactive learning materials – videos, infographics, presentations and quizzes – and a set of manuals with all necessary information and additional readings to go in depth into several topics of interest. The course consists of around 30 hours of training divided in 6 different modules.

Impacts of the twin transition on the EU furniture industry
This publication is a forecast of the sector by 2030 due to circular economy transition and digital transformation. The publication will be soon available in 7 languages in SAWYER project website (holistic approach for the identification of Skills and sAfety needs towards a groWing sustainability & circularitY of furniturE sector).

ALLVIEW - Alliance of Centres of Vocational Excellence in the Furniture and Wood sector
The objective of ALLVIEW is to introduce a European dimension to vocational training for the Wood and Furniture sector, integrating local centres, connecting them at the European level and contributing to the reformulation and improvement of vocational training. The consortium set to develop the project brings together 22 partners from various EU countries.
